Jarrod and Raven Thomas are the owners of Tist LLC and the Tist Brands. 

They work together at Tist. Jarrod is the basketball training coach. He works with all age children to improve their basketball skills. He also runs the several Basketball related programs that Tist offers to the Lynchburg Community.

Raven is a personal trainer and health coach. She runs the Tistfit  transformation program. She is also in charge of the the Tist Academy. 

They have several years experience in their prospective fields and they enjoy being able to help the people in the Lynchburg Community.
